Do you think Barack Obama, if elected, will force Americans to accept Amnesty of Illegals right away?

If Obama is elected President, and the Democrat keep control in the Congress?

Do you think America will be invaded by Mexicans claiming they've been here before the new "Amnesty" is implemented by the Liberal Democrats?

Will they bother to take the time to reconfirm that 96% of Americans don't want Illegal trespassers (law-breakers) here?

Do you want amnesty for illegals already in America, having broken American Laws?

Obama promises amnesty for illegal immigrants July 14th, 2008:

Obama is pandering to the Hispanic vote, ever since McCain fell out of favor with them, for conceding that BEFORE his Bill is even debated, the border MUST be closed. I've been suggesting that Obama WOULD make ANY promise he had to, including full amnesty, the first chance he had......seems he has. This combined with his comment about ALL American children SHOULD learn Spanish, supports his ambitions to legalize those who broke our laws. once this statement by Obama starts to make the rounds, I can only hope it seriously compromises this man. He has NO right to make a pledge like this, when just a year ago, 87% of American citizens OPPOSED such amnesty. Guess he's ALREADY putting himself above the interests of the citizens.

I don't have a problem with illegals being here - they are the ones keeping the prices of tomatoes and strawberries down. I am all for cheap labour as long as they don't take taxpayer funded benefits (no public schools, welfare, driver's licenses etc) until they become citizens. If they want that crap, they will have to earn it by becoming legal citizens and paying taxes. And any illegal alien shouldn't be entitled to constitutional protections either - they are illegals. If they commit crimes, they should be deported ASAP.

Aside from that though, they can continue working in the fields to their hearts' content, cos I sure as hell am not going to do it and I doubt all the folks ranting about being against amnesty would either.

This is to Shimmy in 2012.........You obviously have not been to Miami, Florida.......or even almost all of Florida now. Since the cuban invasion basically Florida is full of crime now.

To the asker........It is hard to tell exactly how bad Obama will destroy America but I'm not willing to take that chance. I'm voting McCain.

If signing statements and executive orders are not questioned and struck down by the Bicameral Congress, we're likely to, soon, find ourselves beneath a Monarch who actually CAN force us, as Americans, to do whatever is nicely accepted in his/her little brain.

God Forbid it!

...

I don't want illegals to be here period. They can go home and come back the legal way. And if they do come in properly, they can work their tails off like the rest of us instead of applying for food stamps and disability checks.

no it will probably take as long as it did for repubs ( who controlled congress for 12 yrs ) to do something about illegal imigration. Oh wait they never did.

Bush and McSame support illegal imigration as well for different reasons Obama cares about the workers the gop cares about the bastards who want to pay them $1 an hour

I don't think it will matter who gets elected, neither is going to do anything about the illegal immigrant problem.

Illegal aliens have no respect for this country just like Obama.

Sure, he wants to dilute the strength of this country as soon as possible.

Another reason he ain't getting my vote..

You're thinking of the McCain plan

No, B.O. will wait at least an hour!

ooh this quesstion is going to cause chaos

"Force Americans to accept"? WTF?

Government and academic studies, have demonstrated repeatedly for over a century that immigrants actually are less likely to commit crimes than the native-born. Even though immigration has increased dramatically over the past decade and a half, the crime rate in the United States has declined.

Since 1994, the number of undocumented immigrants in the United States has more than doubled to 12 million. Immigrants, both legal and undocumented, now comprise just under 13 percent of the population. Yet, according to the FBI, between 1994 and 2005 the violent crime rate (murder, robbery, rape, assault) fell 34.2 percent and the property crime rate (burglary, theft) dropped 26.4 percent.

Not only do we need some kind of amnesty, we need to change our laws. The laws are over 30 years old right now and the quotas are too small. Before 1965, North and South Americans were able to easily move to this country and weren't under a quota system. It makes more sense to me than what we are doing now. I think that the laws and people's cries against amnesty are more about prejudice of Latinos more than anything else.

I hate to bring this up, but your boy does too.
