La Raza Pulls Out Of Kansas City Angry Over 73 Year Old Woman, Does La Raza Believe All Must Bow To Them ?

The National Council of La Raza’s board voted this afternoon to yank its 2009 convention from Kansas City in protest of a park board appointee belonging to a group it believes is hostile to Hispanics. The board followed the recommendation of local La Raza affiliates, who had asked the board to pull the convention. Two months ago, the head of La Raza, Kansas native Janet Murguía, told Mayor Mark Funkhouser that if his appointee, Frances Semler, didn’t step down from the park board, La Raza would likely pull the convention. The convention had been expected to fill more than 5,000 hotel rooms, with an economic impact to the city of more than $5 million. Today’s vote came after a federal mediator was unable Friday to resolve the differences between Funkhouser and some local Hispanic leaders. Funkhouser, citing his principles, was unwilling to consider asking Semler to step down from the park board or the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps. Local Hispanic leaders said their principles would not allow them to reward economically a city that supports a group that conducts armed patrols of the Mexican border and that they believe uses hateful speech toward Latinos, both illegal and legal. Semler and Minuteman members say she belongs to a law-abiding group that is not racist and her political views should have nothing to do with her service on the park board. Funkhouser will now turn his attention to retaining the NAACP convention. NAACP officials have said they would have to strongly consider La Raza’s decision before deciding whether to pull their 2010 convention from Kansas City. Read more in The Star on Sunday.

Where the Ethnic extortionists have screwed their dinner is in picking on a 73year old woman. From the time a group of those people showed up at her house to ask her to resign so that the city could "heal", a calculated move of racial intimidation, they look like the thugs they are. Semler isn't going anywhere and Kansas City is better off without the patronage of La Raza or the NAACP and the strings that go with it.

Well, Why doesn't the news and all the media make public what La RAZA actually means? It means "The Race" and the LaRaza/MeCHA doctrine states nearly verbatim "For the race, everything. For all others, nothing". Their actions in Kansas City prove that LaRaza and the pro-illegal immigrant activists are not for assimilating and becoming part of the USA and ensuring that everyone has the freedom to speak and believe as they will, but that unless you "cow-tow" to the Hispanics/Latinos and keep your mouth shut when you disagree, they are not going to support us. Well, how does it feel to have the shoe on the other foot? Those of us who want our laws enforced, who are law-abiding citizens and who are not racists have been "FORCED" to pay for Latino and Hispanic Lawbreakers and for a RACIST organization entitled "LaRAZA" that receives money from our taxpayers and that teaches its anti-american doctrines in our public schools with impunity.

I say "Good on You, Kansas City Parks and Recreation Board" for keeping our Constitution alive and well and for not putting money ahead of freedom. We are not supporting any Hispanic, Latino racist group and we are not buying their products nor are we supporting any business or church that hires, harbors or helps illegal immigrants. Yes, La Raza believes that all politicians should bow to them because they are the fastest growing minority group. However, that growth is fueled by illegal immigration, and the high birth rate of illegal aliens. Blackmail at it's worse, intimidation at it's best. Maybe we need to have each city or state where they propose to have their conference in make a statement such as the once they found offense at in Kansas. So they might have to go to Mexico to have their meeting. The minute men are not advocating anything other than having our immigration laws enforced, while La Raza and such want to grant a blanket amnesty to all that broke our laws. Which one is the one that is encouraging the breaking of our laws.
