Should land be confiscated for Flight 93 memorial?

Flight 93 memorial delayed by budget crisis, land dispute

The Washington Post

| It has been more than seven years since 20-year-old Deora Bodley and 39 others died in the fiery crash of United Airlines Flight 93.

Most of the remains from the tragic crash outside Shanksville, Pa., on Sept. 11, 2001, were never recovered, making the bowl-shaped crash site in the western Pennsylvania countryside an unofficial cemetery and, for surviving relatives, sacred ground.

basically, I live about an hour and a half from the site-this is private property right in the middle of this man's field, whether there is a bowl shaped dip or not, he shouldn't be forced to have a Memorial where people can tromp in and out of his property at will

I dont think so. Have you ever been there? It is in the middle of nowhere. Just a old strip mine and field. The owner is just holding out for $$$$$$$$.
