Fantasy Football Help!Week 4?

Who should i start as my Flew guy(RB/WR)? Selvin Young Or Pierre Thomas? Young is playing KansasCity Defense and Thomas is playing the 49er D?

I would go w/Thomas, he is gonna score the TD's for NO as the niners focus too much on the pass D that their run D is terrible. Young will put up yards for denver but pittman is the guy they look to to score the td's
