Instead major bridges into Baghdad are attacked and destroyed and another attack on the Samarran mosque which triggered so much violence last year.

They are back to marshal law and curfews.

Our troops are still dying daily... so it's good Bush sent even more so they could die too... Was a stupid idea to start with!

CNN.com? Come on. A troop surge is not the end of a war. Why don't you look up the number of insurgents killed since the surge. I bet you will get your answer then.

Surge was replaced by Mellow Yellow. I'm betting Bush will do the same.
