Terrorist prisoners at Ft. Leavenworth?

How does anyone in the area feel about that? If you're not from the area you can look for articles at www.kansascity.com and put the question in the search bar.

I kind of think it could be a problem but then it is a maximum security military prison. But what if their cohorts decide to do something drastic to get them out?

I for one think Ft.L.worth is a better choice compared to gitmo,as this facility alredy exists and has a very impressive record of keeping people like these where they belong, and get what they deserve, moreover this way others overseas wont think we are keeping them there to avoid the burden on our in-state budget all that crap,in fact its a big burden on our taxpayers, yes there will be few unhappy people talking on TV and in papers and trying to bring it to courts, but there is always a way to handle that too.

Problem, I think it should be every ones solution. They will finally be tried and punished according to law. But wait, then the protesters can protest their executions easier, saying they where products of bad childhoods in poor countries.

No.

Not for listed reasons.

Anyone identified as partisan in conventional war is subject to execution. I see the partisans in Iraq execute American

soldiers and accept that as how conventional war is played

but expect 'fair play' from the supreme military commander

and idiot citizens who lack the moral will to kill their enemy.

I don't think it should be much of a problem. Although I can understand how uncomfortable it would having terrorist in your city. Unlike state and federal prisons where civilians are kept. Military prisons are harsher and if their cohorts are that stupid . Then it would be ugly very ugly! to put it nicely.

a terrorist prisoner

a rapist

a local neighborhood hood

and

the random dui guy

its prison.

if their cohorts can get in

fort levenworth has no business trying to manage a prison.

there is more to prison then just housing someone and

boring them to death.

perhaps if they tried to follow the corrections program which

is to rehabilitate them rathter than

just

holding them. they'd change. and they'd become unterrible.

(is there a term for a rehabiliated terrorist?)

people can change

if they are motivated to do so.

No. We don't want those devils on our soil. What if they were to escape? It's not like we have an ocean that separates us from them (like Cuba or the middle east). Can you imagine if there was a major chaos driven tornado in Kansas, and they were able to escape? Scary!!!

Why aren't these terrorists at the end of a rope or have a bullet in their heads by now? Oh yeah I forgot. Liberals want evil people to have a fair chance too.
